Download Part 1 (13 MB MP3): MICHAEL RATNER, President of the Center for Constitutional Rights, joins us to discuss the criminal case filed by CCR and others in the German Federal Court against soon to be former US Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld and others under the tenets of universal Jurisdiction over International Crimes - including war crimes, crimes against humanity, torture, and other international law.

Michael Ratner recently received the Hans Litten Prize and we began our interview with a discussion of Hans Litten and the great honor it is to be the recipient of this award particularly because of CCR’s clients in the case against Rumsfeld and other’s and the abuses of this administration.
